Is Finovex Markets the Investments page?
No. Use Markets to find instruments, watch prices and organize tracking. To examine an opportunity, open Investments on the main site: that is where its workings, stage and conditions are set out. A listing on Markets does not confirm an offer in the investments catalogue.
Can I invest or trade on this site?
This site lets you read references and open the catalogue. It does not take contributions and it does not place orders. If you intend to make a transaction, check the relevant service first, including whether it is available and on what conditions. Opening a profile or following a price does not send an order.
Are the changes recommendations?
No. A change describes the price move over the period; a news item reports or analyzes an event; an alert reports an observed condition. None of these weighs your objectives or automatically recommends a transaction.

Where do the quotes come from?
The price and its change come from market-data providers. Check the actual source, the currency and the time next to the table. Name, symbol, category and session belong to the FINOVEX catalogue, which is a different source from the price observation.
Does this page show real-time data?
The table shows the observation available when the page was generated, and it can be delayed. The time shown places that reading; opening the page now does not turn the figure into the quote at this moment. In the panel, check the freshness of each feature.
Why does an instrument show as unavailable?
The catalogue can identify an instrument even when it has not received a compatible quote. In that case the page states the absence instead of showing zero. Also check the time of the data: an open-session label does not prove that a price was updated.
Is the catalogue limited to crypto assets?
No. It organizes the published instruments across crypto assets, currencies, commodities, equities and indices. Select a category to see its items and check whether a quote is available on each row; a category does not mean trading is available.
Account and tracking

Do I need an account to browse the catalogue?
You do not need to register to read the institutional catalogue. The account is used in the tracking area, with the features enabled for your access. Read the instrument and its provenance in public before you decide whether to continue in the panel.
Do I need another account for Markets?
If you already have a FINOVEX account, use that sign-in. After you enter, check the verifications and permissions requested for Markets. A registration on one product does not prove automatic access to the others.
How are favourites and lists saved?
When the service is available, favourites and lists are tied to your account. Wait for confirmation when you change the selection. During a connection failure the browser may show favourites stored on the device; seeing them on screen does not confirm that a recent change was saved to the service.
Are the calendar and alerts always available?
The area existing in the panel does not guarantee data or activation. The calendar depends on the provider's coverage; alerts depend on configuration and on being enabled for the account. Read the state shown on the feature itself to tell missing data from a condition that has not been observed yet.
